Webinar: Recharge, reset – finding your way back from burnout

This webinar took place on Thursday 27 August 2026, 12 noon to 1pm BST

Burnout has a cruel irony to it: the people who need help the most are often the ones with the least energy to go looking for it. This webinar is designed with that in mind. No homework, no overwhelming action plans, just a clear and honest look at what burnout actually is and a breakdown of the research to help you sustainably build a happier way of being.

Despite how widespread burnout is, it is frequently misread by the people experiencing it as much as those around them. It gets mistaken for laziness, low mood, or simply needing a holiday.

Key outcomes of this webinar

You will learn:
  • How burnout differs from stress and depression, and why the distinction matters
  • The warning signs and how to recognise them in yourself or someone else
  • Why rest alone is rarely enough, and what recovery actually requires
  • How to support a colleague, friend or family member who is burning out
  • Practical steps for protecting your own capacity going forward
