Following the Scottish lockdown announced on 4 January 2021, we are asking all clients who are able to work online to do so for the present time. We have an online portal where we are able to provide a full range of counselling, CBT, and therapy services to individuals, couples and young people. However our centres remain open and we continue to offer a limited number of in-person appointments for clients who prefer to attend in this way. All our centres have been equipped to maintain social distancing and to meet stringent hygiene requirements (please click here for further information on how we keep you safe). We also continue to provide our counselling, CBT and therapy services online and by telephone via our online portal. To find out more about our therapy services for individuals, couples, children/young people and families, or to book an appointment, please contact us.
Our Aberdeen psychology and counselling centre offers a range of therapy and well-being services including:
We are centrally located making us easy to reach for those travelling from Aberdeen and surrounding areas, including Marr, Kincardine & Mearns, Garioch, Fortmartine, Banff and Buchan.
Our team of highly qualified and experienced practitioners come from a range of counselling, CBT and psychology backgrounds and can help with a large variety of issues and problems.
We offer daytime and evening appointments and can usually book you in for an initial appointment with one of our team within a week, so once you have decided to come and see us, you can get started on making things better without delay.
We know no two people are the same and we will always tailor our approach to focus on meeting and understanding individual needs.
We also know finding the right counsellor, psychologist, cognitive behaviour therapist or coach and approach can be confusing and stressful and we are happy to answer any queries you have, or indeed to set up an initial meeting to talk through what might be best for you.
We very much look forward to hearing from you and thanks again for your interest.
