These are unprecedented times and the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health crisis cannot be underestimated in terms of our mental health and wellbeing.

We all have to try and find a way to keep going amidst the uncertainty, fear and change and while this may seem daunting, there are things we can do to manage and cope. First Psychology's new toolkit of information, tools and techniques has been designed to help keep everyone mentally healthy during this difficult time.
