Natasha Vickers is an experienced senior applied psychology practitioner who works with children (age 5+) and young people with a wide range of issues and problems including: anxiety; depression / low mood; stress; anger / aggression; autism; bereavement/grief; chronic illness; eating and body image issues; gender/sexual identity; life transitions; obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); phobias; post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); psychosis; relaxation; self-harm; and many more issues. 

She has particular experience working with parenting issues, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Natasha also offers parental consultations. 
 

Natasha's way of working

Natasha works in a collaborative way with each client and will tailor her approach to meet their individual needs and preferences. Natasha takes a relaxed and playful approach to her client work and uses a combination of different media to support the therapeutic process. This may include toys, games, art, and media. 
 

Natasha's background and experience

Natasha has worked in a range of roles and settings including supporting people with mental health issues in the third sector; working with children, young people and families; and working in the NHS in CAMHS. 

Natasha has an MSc in Applied Psychology for Children and Young People (CBT). 

She is a member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
 

Natasha's fee
