Works as Psychology Services Team Member at First Psychology Centre, Aberdeen.
Caitlin has experience working in customer service and hospitality settings as well as volunteering – mentoring children and young people in both education and extra-curricular activities. She has an MA in Psychology and an MSc in Mental Health in Children and Young People: Psychological Approaches, both from the University of Edinburgh.
As part of her postgraduate degree, Caitlin undertook research in attachment, developmental psychopathology, and evidence-based psychological interventions. She produced a dissertation entitled "Does Cyber Dating Abuse Follow Similar Patterns To Traditional IPV? An Investigation Into The Link Between Sexism, Abusive Beliefs, And Cyber Dating Abuse In Young Adults".
Caitlin's future plans involve doctoral level study and training to work with children and young people as a practising psychologist.
In her spare time Caitlin enjoys reading, travelling, going for long walks, watching films, and attending concerts.
